The fabric was hand-printed in Australia then beautifully crafted by our fair trade partners in Cambodia.The artists are paid a royalty fee for every metre printed.
Kravan House have been operating for more than 16 years from a shopfront in Riverside Kravan House was one of Cambodia’s first social enterprises. After war and instability left the country with limited infrastructure and few manufacturers it took a long time for any industries to establish, let alone employ disabled people. Kravan House was founded by Mrs Thanan Hok in 2003 to provide training and employment opportunities to women and men people who are disabled due to landmines, polio and other physical challenges.
Fair Trade: #whomadeyourbag – Mr Run Cheak and his wife make the small and large messenger bags. They have been working for social enterprise Kravan House for more than 15 years. Mr Run Cheak was a farmer who stepped on a landmine in 1993. At Kravan House he retrained as an artisan which has given him good steady income and he has become a master craftsman.

Care Instructions: Dry cleaning recommended. Some of our customers wash their bags by hand or on a gentle machine cycle.
