We are thrilled to share with you Keturah Zimran’s ‘Puli Puli’ mural, which now graces the Darwin city scape. In 2020 Zimran’s artwork was chosen to be painted as a mural on the new Litchfield Car Park in Darwin CBD.

This story invites the audience to listen to Elders, artists and staff from three Aboriginal community controlled art centres as they share the vital role they play in keeping their Elders strong and connected. We are thrilled to announce that Alice Nampitjinpa Dixon’s artwork, ‘Tjilkamala – Porcupine rockhole’, has been selected as a winner for the 2020 Gorman Colab Competition. This will mean a capsule collection in 2021! Congratulations to the other winners, Melanie Macilwain, Luke Arnold and Etta Vee.

In February, 2020, Ikuntji Artists travelled to Germany and Switzerland to visit collections in the Linden Museum, Stuttgart, The Museum der Kulturen, Basel and The Bernisches Historisches Museum, Bern, funded by the Australian Council for the Arts.
