In a series of workshops arts workers and artists from Ikuntji Artists will experiment with the medium photography. Renowned photographer Tobias Titz will be guiding the artists and arts workers through the process and focus in particular on portraits of the artists. As part of the workshops artists will also create etchings about their country.
Tobias Titz has previously worked with Martumili Artists and Bula Bula Arts, documenting artistic practice by working together with Indigenous artists.
These workshops are funded through the Indigenous Languages and Arts Funding, Ministry of Communications and Arts, and in collaboration with Desart.
