We are pleased to announce that Arts Law will be visiting Ikuntji Artists to run their legal advice and business support service “Artists in the Black” in September 2014. The three day intensive workshop will include a focus on how artists can prepare wills. This is an important issue for Aboriginal artists, who may continue to sell works after they have passed away. However, Arts Law also provide valuable information on Governance, Copyright and Royalties and Intestacy.
