Beanie Festival, Alice Springs

This year’s Alice Springs Beanie Festival topic is ‘Reach for the Stars’.

The biggest festival of its kind is held annually in Alice Springs and our artists created beanies in a workshop in preparation for the festival. This was the third time Ikuntji Artists contributed through workshops and our artists are excited to see what outcomes the competition judges will deliberate on.

The festival is held over three days and includes a curated exhibition, a fashion parade, beanie central and workshops throughout the weekend.
